By downloading or using Engraft, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Engraft on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial scripture memorization practice.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the app or its contents.

2. Engraft Disciple Subscription

Engraft offers an optional auto-renewing subscription called Engraft Disciple, available as a monthly or annual plan. Disciple unlocks additional features including multiple named decks, verse ranges, the ASV translation, daily review reminders, and guided Learn Mode.

Subscriptions are processed and managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Billing, renewal, and cancellation are governed by your platform's terms. You may cancel at any time through your device's subscription settings โ€” cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Prices are displayed in the app at the time of purchase and may vary by region.

3. Acceptable Use

Engraft is intended for personal scripture memorization. You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the app or interfere with others' use of it.

4. Intellectual Property

Engraft and its original content, features, and design are owned by Kenneth Marshall and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Scripture text included in the app (King James Version and American Standard Version) is in the public domain.

5. Privacy

Engraft stores all your data locally on your device. We collect no personal information. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Engraft is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that scripture text will be free from typographical errors. Use of the app is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kenneth Marshall shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use Engraft.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica, without regard to conflict of law principles.
