Go to the Add tab and type a scripture reference like "John 3:16" or "Psalms 23:1". Preview the verse text, then tap "Add to Memory". Engraft Disciple users can also add a full chapter or range, like "John 3:1-5" or "Psalms 23".
Learn — A new or reset verse. Work through guided rounds until you can recite it from memory.
Recall — Early retention. The full verse is blank — reveal and rate yourself. Due the next day.
Retain — Building durable memory. Free recall on a 3-day interval.
Rooted — Deeply internalized. Reviews space out to weeks and grow with each perfect rating.
Engraft Disciple is an optional subscription that unlocks additional features: multiple named decks, adding verses by range or chapter, the ASV translation, and daily review reminders. It is available as a monthly or annual subscription.
Go to Settings and tap "Restore Purchases". Your subscription will be restored automatically if you're signed into the same App Store account used to purchase.
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Go to your device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, find Engraft, and tap Cancel Subscription.
All your verses and progress are stored locally on your device. If you back up your device to iCloud or your computer, your Engraft data is included in that backup. There is no separate cloud sync at this time.
